AGPC came to my school!!!

While walking through the student union today at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago today, there was a table set up with 2 job recruiters from AGPC looking for holiday help. There was a Molly doll on a dollstand and there were giving out free pencils and pens that said AGPC, which I eagerly took 2 of each. The pens are bent on the top to form a star shape. The bunches of pens and pencils were placed in little red AGPC shopping bags.

I had actually applied to work there as a sales associate or cashier last year but was turned down because I didn't have unlimited availability. I was so tempted to want to apply but I know that most of my time these days is spent on academic responsibilities, which will become even more demanding when I start doing school observation.

I did tell them that I was a big fan of their products and that I have 12 dolls, and she was asking me things like how many of them are collection dolls, etc. I wanted to stay and talk longer but I was running late for first class, and once my second class was over they were gone. But I got some great freebies which I'll probably just use for decoration.

I didn't even think of asking questions about Jess or the Felicity movie or what is coming soon...bummer...still cool that they were even there! [img]biggrin.gif[/img]
